We understand travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: full refund of advance paid.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance paid.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in: no refund.
- In case of natural calamities, landslides or road closures affecting travel to Sittong, guests may reschedule their stay free of charge, subject to availability.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
